VLOOKUP to match group code(s) with ID #s

I have a sheet with employee ids and the corresponding group that it belongs to. Since an employee can be part of more than one group there are duplicate employee ids. I am trying, in another sheet, to enter an employee id and then pull the corresponding groups in one cell either separated by commas or backslashes.

I have attached an example workbook. The answer sheet is what I would like it to look like.
