I have a simple formula but when it is sent by email to be (outlook), the formula is lost and i get the #value. (i tried opening on two computers with excel 2007 and excel 2010)
Is this a simple matter of a setting?

i see a couple of things
firstly nesting that many ifs can cause your more trouble than its worth.
try a table.
secondly you are using a comma as a seperater (,) not a period (.) this will mess up your numbers.
thirldly in your if you are writing your numbers as text "5,50" why not just 5.50
try this if you need to keep this the same
