Change from Years to Months-How?

Good morning all,
I hope this is the right place to post my question to you, as I think it could apply here and / or Charting/Pivot tables.
Okay, so attached is a really cool worksheet that is on Microsoft's website under Excel 2013 templates, and I could really use this for my job.
However, the issue is that it is just looking at years, and I need to review it via by months to spot trends.
I am hoping someone here can whip up their magic toolbox and get this fixed, as I only need to review Current Month to Prior Month.
Please help me , as currently this task can take me a couple of days, however, this worksheet would save me a lot of time and I can just concentrate on remarking the variances.

There is no way to break anything in that file down into months, because, as far as I can see, there is NO monthly data in there?

yea, i just want to change the years to months however when i do that it appears to break it....

Ok i see what you want to do. that wont take too much to change, but I dont have time right now. take a look at the change I made so far and see if you can take it from there. I will be back in about an hour again.
