Color change in a formula?

I need making a formula if it can be done.

I am making a simple spreadsheet with deposit, credits and a end balance. What I want to do is put the credits in red and when I change the color to black then it remove the amount for the end balance. Can that be done?

I have added an attachment but I am not sure it is working. I will try to explain myself a little better. I have a running total of bills minus deposits. What I want to do is put the bill amounts on the spreadsheet in a different color like red and when I pay the bill change the color to black and after i change the color that is when I want the balance at the end of the spreadsheet to change. With the simple formula I have no matter what the color is the amounts are deducted.
