    Adding criteria to "sumproduct of two columns until sum of 1st column gets to a set value"

    Have a formula which sumproduct two columns until sum of consecutive cells from 1st column gets to or just below a set value. Need to add multiple criteria to this formula based on other adjacent columns. Spreadsheet attached.
