How to solve this simple problem using any function or formula to find the difference?

Pleasure to come here again.
I have two columns. I want to get the difference of two cells from Data column.
let say I want to get difference of A2-A3, A4-A5 and so on.... in difference column.
Please find the attachment to understand better.
