Populate a Calendar using from a list of activities

We have activates that happen on the same business day of the month. I have a list of activities that happen on each business day of the month. I want these to show up on the calendar on that business day of the month.

For example GL closes every 4th business so for Feb 2013, I want that to show on Feb 7.
The list is
3 - Projects Close
4 - GL Closes
