Who do I average in a filter that currently uses a formula for calculating average based..

I am currently calculating average using

=(COUNTIF(E8:E23,"Very Satisfied")/COUNTA(E8:E23)-((COUNTIF(E8:E23,"Unsatisfied")/COUNTA(E8:E23)+(COUNTIF(E8:E23,"Very Unsatisfied")/COUNTA(E8:E23))))+100)

This works perfect, except if I use a filter on my list. It still calculates it all, not just the ones that are showing. Any ideas? I have attached my test spreadsheet. Tab "Test" Row 3 is where the current formula is...
