CONCATENATE & IF problem

Hi,
I’m having trouble with CONCATENATE.
My workbook was divided into two sections, one where I enter the data, the other is a read only part where I need to have the totals updating as I go. The green part works perfectly and I’m happy with it, but I need your help please with the part in red. I simply need the cells in red to automatically include all text entries for each name from the yellow part. The blue text is what I want it to be eventually, but it needs to be replaced with formula. I was trying to combine CONCATENATE and IF functions but was unsuccessful.
Any help will be much appreciated.
