Need Help with a multiple statement fuction

I'm looking to write a formula that is based off of a date in Cell U2. The parameters for my required output are below. Any help on writing the formula would be awesome.
1) If Date in Cell U2 is between today and 30 Days Out, "Due in 30 Days"
2) If Date in Cell U2 is between 30 and 60 Days Out, "Due in 60 Days"
3) If Date in Cell U2 is between 60 and 90 Days Out, "Due in 90 Days".
