How to transpose from column to row?

Dear All my expertise Excel,

I need to know how I transpose data from column B to one row because my data is multi value in column A.

then i attached the file as 2 tab sheets as

the 1st one is raw data that i get from system and i need to get the result follow 2nd tab sheet name Result.

could you please help me to find the ways?

i try to use Vloopup but it cannot because it has multiple value in column A
