Lookup address and not values

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me, i need to lookup new vendors and old vendors details, and the only thing that they have in common are their addresses. I need to get the addresses into the "New" vendor file, i did this formula about a year ago but for the life of me cant remember what the formula was. I know that somewhere in the formula was a percentage, but cant remember the formula.
