    Count cell A1:A20 (Specific words) only if cell C1:C20 is greater than 1/1/2013 (Date)

    I need help. I am trying to count a cells based on text only if another cell (date) is greater then 1/1/2013... So lost on what codes to use. Please help. Thank you.
