Scheduling People Challenge

I currently am using a excel workbook to build our employees schedule. Once we have all their shifts on the weekly schedule, I am trying to find a formula that can tell me my coverage between each hour blocks. Example:
Monday:
1st employee scheduled 8:00 - 12:00
2nd employee scheduled 9:00 - 12:00
3rd employee scheduled 8:00 - 5:00
and so on

I want to display the coverage from 8:00-9:00, 9:00-10:00, 10:00-11:00 and so on.. an assistance
