Need help- Auto Sort data and auto subtotal

Hi,

Please help me with a small problem..

I have 2 sheets, sheet1 and sheet2


Sheet2 has exact values of the cells as sheet1 for eg

sheet2 a1=sheet1 a1
sheet2 a2=sheet1 a2 etc

however sheet2 needs to be sorted by dealer type A to Z with subtotals automatically updated if values in sheet 1 changes.

I have attached a reference sheet with desired result.

Please help....
