Copy Data From One Cell Based on Input Into Another Cell

Hello all,

This seems so simple, but yet I can't figure it out. Please refer to attachment.

When data is entered into a cell in column C I would like the data from the (same row) cell in column B to be copied into the (same row) cell in column D.


To sum:
Column B will always have data.
The user inputs data into column C
Based on input in column C, column D will fill with info from column B.
