Automatically copying rows of data that meet a certain criteria to a different worksheet

Good Morning

I hoping to get some help with the following challenge:

I am creating a spreasheet which has seperate worksheets to represent each month of the year, I am wanting to create an additional summary sheet which collates all rows from each (month) worksheet that has "No" in Column O and am hoping there is a function to allow this.

I would like the summary data to appear in date order and automatically update as the original rows are updated or if additional rows are added.

Is this possible?

What you need is some formula in each sheet which sets up a sequence which runs on from one sheet to the next to uniquely identify each record that matches the criteria. Have a look at the attachments that I made in post #5 and post #11 in this thread:

for some ideas on how you can set up the formula.

Once you have that, it's relatively straightforward to extract the relevant records, as can be seen in the Search sheet of those example files.
