TAT calculation for comparing different Date/Time

Trying to calculate TAT's for different scenario's

Example below on the first scenario, once I figure this out I can make additional changes as the expected TAT change based on the different dates

Order Date Expected Date TAT
TEST1 1/14/13 10:05 AM 1/14/13 10:17 AM >10 minutes - TAT Not Met
TEST2 1/23/13 8:34 AM 1/23/13 8:41 AM <=10 minutes - TAT Met

Does anyone know of a good formula I can use to calculate this? There is no requirements with regards to Workdays or holidays as this needs to be calculated.

Don't know what TAT stands for in your context, but try this in D2:

=IF((C2-B2)*24*60>10,">10 minutes - TAT Not Met","<=10 minutes - TAT Met")

Copy down as required.
