Return value at intersection of a table using two variables

I have been racking my brain to come up with a formula that will help with the following Test Sheet.xlsx
What I am trying to do is A8*C8=D8.

the problem is figuring a formula for C8. C8 will be based on A8 and B8 and from G8:i7

Example:
A8=648
B8=20

A8 falls between 641 and 799 (F5)
C8 would equal $1.69 (intersection at G5)

2nd Example:
A8=falls between 641 and 799 (F5)
B8=27
C8 would be $1.88 (intersection at I5)

I am looking for a formula that will use the correct Sq Ft in F and match the correct price base on the mil in columns G,H,I

I hope I am saying this correctly

Thank for the reply, Input the forumla and after a tweak in data in F2:F7 it worked like a charm.
