    Red face Rate sheet help

Hello I making a project on rate sheet this is the brief. I am attaching one file called rata data in that I have mentioned the the destination and rate bands. Now my requirement is if destination is ARN and weight is 100Kgs then the rate should be 135 as per the rate band.
I have created 3 groups CISSCAN EUROPE USA AND under that all the destinations are mentioned.
Rate bands are mentioned in vertical and horizontal form use any one of them.

Now I am using IF function but it is not helping me any more as it does not include the text value.

If you do not understand feel free to ask.

Kindly find attachment for your reference.

    Please help me......

Your file is just the lookup table (rate sheet) - you need to attach some data, so we can show you how to get the appropriate rate.

pete what kind of more data you want because what I have entered is rate as per rate bands and destination.
As per group I have mentioned rate bank also.

In addition to that rate table, you presumably have a list of goods of varying weights that you want to send to different destinations, and so you want to find the appropriate rate to be charged for each one? In that case, post an example of the list so we can see which columns etc. you have used for the weight and destination and in what format.

    Re: Rate sheet help

You need to define what the weight bands M and N are in numbers. Why does a weight of 8 get classed as M and a weight of 35 as N - what are the ranges/cut-offs for these bands?
