On sheet 1 I am trying to set up to where the user can input 1 of 4 different type of possible error codes and beneath that the information fields will fill in.
I already have on a 3rd sheet my table set up. I've already set up a working VLOOKUP for the 1st possible error message in each of the information fields. Now I'm confused on how to incorporate the other three possible error input fields to utilize the same information fields below.

Is there a way to set up the VLOOKUP to search for text in the four error message fields and when it finds one to complete the search? Or can you enter multiple VLOOKUP formulas in the same field?
I hope this makes more sense reading than it did typing.
