Unhappy Get rid of the blank rows

I have a sheet that has 2500 rows of school names 37 cells of information about each school going across in columns.
I have gone down the list and deleted about 200 rows which contained information I don't want.
If I now print a label for each school with the information on it, 200 labels will be blank.
How do I "close up" the blank spaces on the sheet without having to cut and paste this list 200 times?

Skip that... I had posted about using F5 to select blanks and delete the resulting selection... but it will also delete/shift cells where a row of data is only missing 1 or two cells - thus messing up your data...

I'll try to figure out a better way.

try using filters. Pick a column that you know will only have a blank due to the info you deleted
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Filters are a good idea, where you can elect to display only the blanks and delete those rows, or you could try a VBA solution:

If your data starts in row 2, select from row 2 down to the end of your list and run the macro.
