Group Name Manager - Redefine the "Refers to" for many groups

In the Group Name Manager I defined about 800 groups with names. The problem is now I realize I needed the groups to start in cell Column A in lieu of cell Column B. I have been painstakingly going through each group at changing one at a time. Is there a way to change all of the groups at once, kind of like a find and replace?

='Takeoff Items'!$B$8760:$K$8795 ->>> this is an example of what one of the groups is now
='Takeoff Items'!$A$8760:$K$8795 ->>> this is what I need the group to be only the “A” has changed
