To long formule for excel 2003

Hi I have en formule that i made in excel 2007, but i need open it also in excel 2003.
When I do that I get a message 'to must genest levels'.

How can I make this compatible fore excel 2003?
The formule is stil the same 'Als...' only n* is form 1 to 40

Not sure what you are doing here, but this should do the same (and is much shorter):

=ALS(K$6=$E7;$D7;ALS(K$6>$F7;0;ALS(AND((K$6-$E7)/$H7=INT((K$6-$E7)/$H7);(K$6-$E7)/$H7>=1;(K$6-$E7)/$H7<=40);$D7;0)))

I don't know what the Dutch is for INT (meaning to take the integer value) or AND (both highlighted in red), so you will need to change these to the words in your version of Excel.

I've put the formula into the 4 cells in column K and copied them across so you can see it working.
