Help with a formula for moving data with duplicates

TestData.xlsxI have attached an example workbook. The instructions are in the book as well as listed below.

Pseudo: IF B2 is found anywhere in Column H then put I2 in C2
Exception: F6 thru F7 in this example. I have several instances where SALE_NUM in H is duplicated. I would like to see the first record found in C then any corresponding records between in D.

The problem I have is duplicates. I can get a few rows to copy with an IF statement, but it fails once the alignment if messed up (ie. the example I attached. Anything after the first dup blows up the IF statement.

    Sincerely,
    Derek

Thank you for the response. What I see in the results is C6 = 599. I have reattached the spreadsheet to show you what I would like the result to look like.

    TestData.xlsx

Finding the minimum value is important and I will most definitely use this again in the future. THANK YOU VERY MUCH...
