Formula to make cell red

Hi there,

I need help on a formula. I have cell G5 that a person would enter N for no or Y for yes in. Then I have a cell F5 that a person puts in a date.

If G5 says N then I want cell F5 to turn red if the date is less then or equal to today's date. Do you know how to create that formula? I need it for a presentation tomorrow! YIKES!
