1. ## "Calculate 2 different options based on standard 1060.00 per week deduction."

Hi,
I am new at all this and am trying to calculate 2 different options.

if cell B22 which has =SUM(B19-1060) is greater than 0 calculate C19 - 1060.00

This is for income coming in with a standard 1060.00 per week deduction.

So i want to have 1060.00 coming off each week with any income taken out of that? income varies some weeks there is none?
am i even on the right track with trying to figure out how to start the deductions again once the previous week reaches >0?

i hope this makes sense, and i hope someone can help me :-)

Janine

maybe like this?

f cell B22 which has =SUM(B19-1060) is greater than 0 calculate C19 - 1060.00
=IF(SUM(B19-1060)>0,C19-1060,SUM(B19-1060))
