    VLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH issues

Hello, I am new to the site and have found it very useful already but I have been having one problem that I simply cannot figure out. I am working with over 500,000 addresses in one column, their house value in another, and in the third I have house addresses whos house values I am trying to find. The main problem is that the addresses that I have are sometimes missing a "Ave" or "Blvd", etc at the end so VLOOKUP is not returning the value for me because I need an exact match and if I use TRUE in VLOOKUP then sometimes (not always) it will return the value from one cell above the correct one. So I began trying to use INDEX/MATCH and I split up all addresses into separate columns with their number, direction, and street and here is what I have but it does not seem to be working either. I'm not sure if capitalization has to be exact or what? The formula in cell J =INDEX($D$1:$D$664347,MATCH(1,($F1=$A$1:$A$664347)*($G1=$B$1:$B$664347)*($H1=$C$1:$C$664347),0)). ExcelPic.JPGAny help would be greatly appreciated.

    Re: VLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH issues

Actually I just figured it out. My formula is correct, all I needed to do was hit Ctrl+Shift+Enter!
