vlookup megaformula

Hi All.

I need a formula that will display the contents of column 2 from each of the worksheet tabs: A31, T88, C38, A41 in Sheet1. If the record is not found, I want excel to display n/a.

The final result should look like this:

1 A31
2 T88
3 C38
4 A51
5 N/A

Any help appreciated.
