Sampling select data points at certain percentages

    Hi,

Lets say I have two sets of data with a different number of data points (60 and 70). I would like to compare these two sets of data. To do this I would like to take a sample at discrete percentages (0%, 10%, 20%...100%). So for example if I wanted to sample the first set of data points I would take a sample every six rows. For the second set of data I would take a sample every seven rows. This would now make the two data sets comparable with each having ten new points. Is this possible?

    Thanks
