Dynamic Range issues with index/match(i think)

Hi all,

long time lurker, first time poster.

i'm having some problems with getting the dynamic ranges in my Index/match formula working.

on the "Summary" sheet in the Open Bets section i'm trying to pull the data from only "Open bets".

the first lookup works perfect and gets the correct info. (row 15)

i'm trying to get around the limitation of index/match in that it only finds the first record in the data range by moving the range for the second lookup (row 16) to the result of "lookup 1" + 1 row.
