Creating calendar that changes based on date entered

Hello
I am looking to create an excel calendar that would represent something like this

Date Dose

February 11 40 mg


The date changes by seven calendar days at each cell below it. The Doses would be prepopulated for each of these weeks. All I need is for the date to change based on what I enter. (I.e. Each seven days there is a new dose) Thanks in advance for your help.
