    Word count with most used words conditionaly formatted

    I have a sheet that has responced from surveys though out out business, I would like to highlight the most used words not cells so when I redesign the form I can use drop downs using those key words hope that make sence and thanks. i really have no idea how to or if it can be done.

    Update, in col b is close to what I would like but is capital sensitive so missing a few an need to get rid of error and count the results.

    Maybe using SEARCH and IFERROR

    In B2 and copy down and across.

    =IFERROR(SEARCH(B$1,$A:$A,1),"")
