Talking Summing overtime hours based on multiple criteria

    Hi,

I am trying to sum the total number of overtime based on the employee's rank and division. I know I'm doing something wrong because I get the #value. I have already calculated overtime as a number "1.2"

I attached an example of what I'm looking for.

    I appreciate any help.

That worked great on my example. On my real data, I am pulling from another worksheet called overtime! Would that mess it up? Also I want to get the sum for 10,000 people that I haven't imputed yet, can I put A2:A10000 or can I only use what has contents in it?

OK I worked it out, thanks for the help. My problem was that I imputted A2:A10000 when there were not 10000 lines filled out.

    Thanks
