    Question Conditional formatting two columns

    Hi guys.
I want to format 2 columns in order to have the smaller value green and the bigger value red, like in the picture.
I can do it for a row and paste the format only to another row but not to multiple rows.
How can I do it for the whole column ?
    Thanks in advance,

    Bupitz

    Re: Conditional formatting two columns

use the greater than and less than options
say in cell a1 use cell value is greater than =$b1 pick colour green
then set a second condition of cell value is less than =$b1 pick a colour red
    copy down column a
    repeat in b1 but reversed
cell value is greater than =$a1 set as green
then set a second of cell value is less than =$a1 set as red
    copy down b

    Re: Conditional formatting two columns

I did it in another way. Made another column with an "if" to compare the values, got TRUE or FALSE results, made a filter and them I put the colors manually.
I thought there is an easier way ....

    Thanks!
