Question About Conditional Formating or Forumula?

    Hello everyone,

I am very new to Excel. In fact, I have always been intimidated by it. I am taking some online courses and have learned a bit. I am also very impressed with it and see it can do some awesome things. Although I do know more about it, I am still a newbie and only know enough to get into trouble Here is what I am trying to achieve.

I want to take two values in two different cells. For example, the value in cell A1 is 100. This represents the number of calls taken by a person. The value in cell B1 also has a number but shows the number of calls held. Without changing the value in cell B1, I want to figure what percentage B1 is of A1. If it is 25% or above, have cell B1 highlighted in red, if it is less than 25%, highlight in yellow. How can I achieve this?

Here is another scenario for the same worksheet. A1 has a number of calls someone took. In this example it has 50. Cell C1 has a time value, for example 8:00:00. This is the amount of time someone spent on the phones. I want to make it so that cell A1 highlights in red if the number of calls taken translates to less than 10 per hour, yellow is 10 per hour and green if 15 per hour. I hope that makes sense. So if someone worked 4:00:00 but took only 35 calls, have cell C1 show as highlighted in red. If the value is 40 or above, have that highlight in yellow, if they took 50, highlight in green.

Thank you all in advance for your help.
