Formula to find out MAX and MIN based on 3rd cell condition

Hello Excel Gurus,

I need some help with the data contained in the uploaded spreadsheet.

I have data for 3 days, broken down into Open / High / Low / Close prices for each hour.
I need to find out what time the High and Low price occurred on each day.
I need a formula that i can ideally drag down, as I actually need to find out the time of each daily High / Low for every day of the year.

I have tried Vlookup and Offset formulas, but obviously cant get it working....as i dont fully understand how they work.

If anybody has any ideas, or a formula that works, well, i would greatly appreciate it.
