Excel Spreadsheet for Bonus Structure Based on Sales

Hi all,

I am in need of help regarding a spreadsheet for my employees bonuses based on sales.
The employees are due commission when the invoice over £6,000 of fees in a month.

For fees between £6,001 and £7,500 they are due 20%
For fees between £7,501 and £17,500 they are due 30%
For fees over £17,501 they are due 40%

I know that if they invoice £10,000, they are due £1,499 @ 20% (£299.80) and £2,499 @ 30% (£749.70) but am struggling with the MIN / MAX rule and the OR as the formula comes out FALSE. I know it is something daft that I am missing but any help would be much appreciated.

I am just wanting the manager sheet sorting, i'm sure I will be able to sort the other 2 once I see the formulaes.

I have attached the file for you to see, it has been driving me crazy for the last 2 hours.
