Multiple sets of data across different worksheets (with a somewhat impossible twist)

I hope to gain knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel to hopefully one day be the one helping members in my situation.

I have 3 worksheets where they all contain the same type of layout, just different information. The information I am interested in is the place and hours.

Now I am trying to come up with a formula that will pick out the information from sheet 1 and sheet 2 (place and hours) and relay that onto sheet 3 next to the list of names. There will be duplicates that are showing (Fred & Bill) but please see the desired outcomes image, this is how I hope the formula could arrange the data (I am unsure if this is possible).

I am using Microsoft Excel 2003

Please see the image I have uploaded.

Any help/guidance provided will be much appreciated.

A picture is not much use. Why not attach the Excel workbook?
