    if statment

hi, i was looking for help in if statment. if there is anyone who could help me please do reply. thank you

my question is : there are 3 term fees to be paid in the whole year any time. so how do i do it using if statments. and every term fee may differ.

for example: there are 5 people. and their terms 100,200,300,400,500 respectively. and this is to be paid 3 times in the whole year. so , how do i do it. maintaing 3 terms table , if any one of them paid. it should show as paid. but if any one paying less than, then show the dues

    thank you

    Re: if statment

sir, these are their terms payable anytime in the whole year. This sheet1 contains their terms and status table. And the sheet2 contains their monthly table. They can pay their terms any month Or pay 2 or all terms in the same month. What I want is, here in the status coloumn :-

    1. to show as PAID in the status term1 table if paid term1
    2. if paid less than their term1 then show how much due remaing in status term1

i, am actually a biginner sir, this is what i could come up with. if there are any other ways it can be accomplished. please do let me know.

    thank you

If I understand you right numbers entered into sheet2 are reflected in the status. See if this works for you.
