How to generate sequential intervals from whole number

How can I generate Sequential intervals from a whole number. (if possible)

For instance:
I have 5 in B1
I would like C1 to show 1,2,3,4,5 or 1 - 5.

You could insert

in cell C1. This give you "1 - 5" (for instance).
To have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (for instance) in cell C1 some coding needs to be done I think.
