Data to display specific payments recieved over different terms

    Hi,

I have a master sales report that has the following columns that i am using to try and get a result:

Company Name | Meter number | Contract Term | Start Date | End Date | Sale Value | Actual recieved

I have a seperate report that has a report of monies paid for each Meter number and date of payment, i would like to be able to display actual monies recieved to each meter contract term, at the moment it will only show one amount for each meter number e.g:

Meter number 1 | Actual payment total - wrong

Meter number 1 | Actual payment for contract1 - correct
Meter number 1 | Actual payment for contract2 - correct

Is there a way to vlookup for a meter number but also the contract terms for each meter, then the actual amount will display for the payments made within each contract term?

I am sorry if im not making much sense, it is quite difficult to explain.

Any ideas would be greatly apreciated.

    Thanks
    Dan.
