Look up text and values in next cell

So, I'm trying to find an easy way of adding totals from multiple cells.

Data looks like this:

Name Value
Person A 12
Person B 4
Person A 6
Person C 2
Person B 1
Person C 5
Person A 8

What I then want to do is get table that looks like this:

Person A [Sum of relevant values from other table]
Person B [Sum of relevant values from other table]
Person C [Sum of relevant values from other table].

Any ideas?!
