dynamic column indirect formula needs fixing

can anyone fix these two formulas? attached them to this worksheet, including hte original functional one and the one i modified that doesnt work. I need to use an indirect from cell B6 to direct it to a different tab, as well as a the same name table range. thanks everyone

that works perfect i didnt know the & after worked. my idea still didnt work however, i will have to keep trying though.

I need where it says the first Sheet to reference $B$6!$B$1, the second spot wher it says Name_Sheet to become Name_&"$B$6", without a reference error.

anyone have any ideas?
