Formula needed for referencing column values. IF, MATCH, VLookup?

First, this forum is pretty sweet and I have learned a lot from the experts here. So thanks. Secondly, I attempted to use the search tool and read through a bunch of other posts trying to find others that had my issue. Since I couldn't find anything that worked I thought I would post my question.

From the picture, I need a formula that will look at the number value in cell C59 and match that exact value in Column B2:B49 and then cross match the value using Column D2:D49 then return the value in Column D59.

So the number in C59 is 650, I want the value in D59 to reference column B and find 650 then reference column D and find the number associated with 650, which is 52 and enter 52 in cell D59.

The formula in D59 needs to also be able to reference cell C59 to match any number in Column B and find their value in Column D.

I hope this all makes sense. Is this possible and how do I do it??

    Thanks

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
