Has last Friday in a cell (A1), work week data in a column, needs to find A1 in columnn B

So this is becoming a bit complicated and somewhat unique as I haven't found anything really close to this with other threads. I have A1 as the last Friday that has already occurred based on today's date, formatted as 2/16/2013. Column B lists the data in this format (this is from a continually updated data source): 2013-02-10 - 2013-02-16. So Monday thru Friday. I need it to find out of all those work weeks where my a1 is and assign it "True". I appreciate any help from you guys. Thanks!!

I think somehow it needs to find 2/16/2013 from "2013-02-10 - 2013-02-16" first.
