Hi all,
I have Workbook 1 with data (sample attached). I want to create is a new list of Workbook for all the items in column A that match a criteria in column D in workbook 1. So I need it to match the criteria I want from D e.g. "LTRK" and select the "account code" entry that matches, but I only want one entry (unique) for each of the times the "account code" item appears in A.
I've tried unsuccessfully (due to my limited understanding of the functions) using:
control+shift+enter=IF(COUNTIF('[Sales-data KOAST ODBC-NEW.xlsx]DATA'!$D:$D,A$1)>ROW()-ROW(D$30),INDEX('[Sales-data KOAST ODBC-NEW.xlsx]DATA'!$A:$A,SMALL(IF('[Sales-data KOAST ODBC-NEW.xlsx]DATA'!$D:$D=A$1,ROW('[Sales-data KOAST ODBC-NEW.xlsx]DATA'!$D:$D)-ROW('[Sales-data KOAST ODBC-NEW.xlsx]DATA'!D$2)+1),ROW()-ROW(D$30)+1)),"")[/INDENT]
I end up with multiple entries from Column A! I'm sure there is a better way. Oh, I don't know VBA so formula help is ideal.
Thank in advance
