Control Forms - Check Box Issue

Hi all,

I'm making an excel file to control the holidays off employes per month. I'm using chekboxes to mark when an employe is on his holiday. I have 30 employes and i do an entire month (row) for an employe (31 checkbxes) linked it to the cell next by so i can chek the "true" or "false" status to sum up all days off.

The problem is if i copy the entire row to the next employe (row bellow), excel donīt increment the status cell data, and he still link's me to the cell above! How can i solve it?

Hereīs the sample file.

I would like to copy the column of day 1 to day 2 and so on, but excel keeps me linkin me to the first cell.
