Using Large Function & Pulling Adjacent Data (Problem With Duplicates)

I am having a similar problem, but I have 2 worksheets.

The first worksheet is where I'm attempting to pull/extract the data from. I'm attempting to extract the 5 largest numbers for each month from this sheet, and then pull the adjacent text strings on the left hand side of the sheet aswell. The problem I'm having is that if there are 2 figures that are the same, it won't extract both text strings, only the first one.

My explanations may not be particularly clear - I've attached the 2 worksheets for clarity.

If you could give any help at all on this matter I would be extremely grateful.
