Combine calendar array with a vlookup formula

Hi everyone

Would it be possible to combine these two formulas together so that both returns their respective values into one cell

=IF(MONTH(DATE(y,m,1))<>MONTH(DATE(y,m,1)-(WEEKDAY(DATE(y,m,1))-1)+{0;1;2;3;4;5}*7+{1,2,3,4,5,6,7}-1),"",DATE(y,m,1)-(WEEKDAY(DATE(y,m,1))-1)+{0;1;2;3;4;5}*7+{1,2,3,4,5,6,7}-1)


=VLOOKUP((MOD((B30-StartDate)/28,1)*28.1)+1,ROSTER_LOOKUP,Sheet2!$C$6+2)
